The Fountain Of Life

For with You [is] the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.

Psalm 36:9

The concept of the “fountain of life” has been the subject of folklore since the beginning of time. However, the concept of everlasting life is not a myth or tall tale. It is the promise of the eternally self-existing and self-sustaining God. Since God is unique in this manner, He alone is qualified to give the quality of life that people have coveted. The Bible compares “the fountain of life” to God’s essence as “light.” It is God’s glory according to His unique nature as Yahweh that enables access to the fountain of life. Those who believe upon Jesus as God in flesh and Savior from death, are invited to drink of this fountain freely!
