[He is] the Rock, His work [is] perfect; for all His ways [are] justice, a God of truth and without injustice; righteous and upright [is] He.
Perfection in a Biblical sense, refers to completeness and wholeness. The Bible plainly teaches that God and His work are perfect. God and His work are absent flaws AND are whole. God is complete. He is not in need of anyone or anything to fulfill Him. His work is the same. He doesn’t need help to make His work good and right. This is why all of God’s ways are just, true, and good. As the eternally self-existing and self-sustaining God, He is uniquely able to produce a quality of completeness unto satisfaction and joy, like no one else can. So, He is the Rock, the Root of all good things on which we should build the foundation of our lives.
