Separation From Sickness

And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay [them] on all those who hate you.

Deuteronomy 7:15

God will not completely fulfill His promises until He has dealt with the evil that corrupts them. God’s people often receive blessings as a result of His judgment on His enemies. The first blessing that comes, is the preservation from God’s judgments! Scripture shows that all people are worthy of judgment. God’s identity as Healer shows that He heals by His wisdom to differentiate His people from His enemies, protecting them from the sickness of sin, and eternal consequences of condemnation. God is able to heal because He is the wise and righteous Judge that governs affliction to those that oppose Him. To those who believe, He is the Rock of salvation!
