Getting To Know God
His Name Is...
The LORD Who Provides - The Promised SEED - The Grace of God - The Intercession Of God
But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.
No one can match God’s righteousness. God’s Law serves as proof that we’re all wrong and worthy of His judgment. This is why no one can inherit God’s blessings according to what we do, or don’t do. This is why Jesus came as “the Seed,” and “the Son” or “Heir” of God, possessing all of the righteousness of God. Fully God and man at once, He fulfilled His own standards on our behalf, so that our position with Him is no longer measured by what we do, but by what we believe of Him. It’s faith in this truth that enables us to receive God’s promise as His children – nothing more, nothing less. This is the infinite measure of God’s grace.
