A Sign From God

Then he said, "Hear now, O house of David! [Is it] a small thing for you to weary men, but will you weary my God also? "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.”

Isaiah 7:13-14

What is the proof that God will fulfill His promises? What is the proof that God will take care of His people? What is the proof that eternal life is real? What is the proof that God is really willing to forgive ALL of our offenses against Him? What is the proof that God is who He said He is? He gave us a sign. The virgin birth of Jesus is the proof of God’s identity, purpose, and promise. Jesus is God in flesh, which was proven true through the miraculous nature of His arrival. The virgin birth is difficult to understand, but God dwelt on this earth to show us exactly who He is and what He’s about. That’s pretty compelling evidence of perfect integrity!
