The Omnipotent God - The LION of Judah - The Power of God - The Omnipresence of God
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life-- the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us…
And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
His eyes [were] like a flame of fire, and on His head [were] many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He [was] clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
"Judah [is] a lion's whelp; from the prey, my son, you have gone up. He bows down, he lies down as a lion; and as a lion, who shall rouse him? The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes; and to Him [shall be] the obedience of the people.”
“God brings him out of Egypt; He has strength like a wild ox; He shall consume the nations, his enemies; He shall break their bones and pierce [them] with his arrows. 'He bows down, he lies down as a lion; and as a lion, who shall rouse him?' Blessed [is] he who blesses you, and cursed [is] he who curses you.”
“He raises the poor from the dust [and] lifts the beggar from the ash heap, to set [them] among princes and make them inherit the throne of glory. For the pillars of the earth [are] the LORD's, and He has set the world upon them. He will guard the feet of His saints, but the wicked shall be silent in darkness. For by strength no man shall prevail.”
Now when the prophet who had brought him back from the way heard [it], he said, “It [is] the man of God who was disobedient to the word of the LORD. Therefore the LORD has delivered him to the lion, which has torn him and killed him, according to the word of the LORD which He spoke to him."
All the inhabitants of the earth [are] reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven and [among] the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand or say to Him, “What have You done?”
“For I [will be] like a lion to Ephraim, and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, [even] I, will tear [them] and go away; I will take [them] away, and no one shall rescue. I will return again to My place till they acknowledge their offense. Then they will seek My face; in their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.”
God came from Teman, the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah - His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of His praise. [His] brightness was like the light; He had rays [flashing] from His hand, and there His power [was] hidden.
When His disciples heard [it], they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?” But Jesus looked at [them] and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.
I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
