The Most High God, Melchizedek, The Goodness Of God, The Transcendence Of God

The goodness of God is transcendent and excellent above all things because God is above all things. He’s in perfect position to distribute the benefits of His essence to everyone who desires it. However, there is one channel by which He makes His goodness available. The scriptures show that God’s plan to offer and distribute His superior goodness was through a single conduit. This conduit runs through the Jewish tribe of Judah, specifically in Jerusalem, the city of God’s peace. His dwelling place is there. His glory rests there. And, it is by the Messiah King of Israel, the Lion of Judah, Jesus the Christ, that God’s mercy, goodness, and peace come.
